The DTF Process
Our DTF process combines precision technology with quality materials to ensure each print comes out flawless.
1. Design & Print: Your artwork is printed onto a special DTF film using eco-friendly pigment inks.
2. Adhesive Powder: A fine adhesive powder is applied to the printed film to prepare it for transfer.
3. Curing: The film is heated to melt and activate the adhesive, readying the design for pressing.
4. Heat Transfer: Using high heat and pressure, the design is permanently bonded to the garment.
5. Cool & Peel: Once cooled, the film is peeled away, leaving a clean, detailed, and flexible print.
